Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Apr 30, 2012 8:25 pm Well, I am glad to say that I would finally like to recommend someone - it's our turf supply (and install) company! Just not sure if rules allow me to just say it here, or if it needs to be said 'behind the doors' I am still quite impressed by the service, attitude and conduct of the sales/contact person!!! The product is great too, and the installers were nice and reasonable! My signature is distracting people from my wise posts ... Re: Sir Walter turf supply recommendations in Sydney 5May 01, 2012 10:03 pm Out of interest what sort of price did they charge for the install and did it include the new soil, etc. Just looking at a rough price to work out if I will do it myself or just pay someone else to do it Re: Sir Walter turf supply recommendations in Sydney 6May 02, 2012 9:27 am dvestate, when I called around, I found that most farms charge similar amounts ... and if you have order over say 100 m2, delivery is free. The install cost is also quite appealing. When I called around, the cost of turf supply (and install, if you want) never included any soil or any preparation - the site must be fully prepared, they just lay it (and maybe spread the fertilizer, but you can do it yourself as they are installing!). Builder is quoting 2500$ laying cost for upto 10msq. The 2 pillars come to be 16msq. So laying costs are 5000$… 0 8603 VERY important to understand that each franchise is a independent business, so there are bad franchises out there as well as good (no different from a Bakers Delight… 4 2789 |
