I'm down the bottom of the estate to the south (Lot 32). Our house is at brick stage now and I can't wait to move down! We are in Rocky at the moment and just want the seachange.. like.. now! Just got an email back from the NBN giving me no joy as well... I wanted to do a petition going to get BB in the estate however Telstra Countrywide told me that we'd have to go in individually and express an interest in writing with a signature... Our backyard isn't all that big however our front yard is massive. Built up the back of the block to take advantage of the flat top and seabreezes.
