It's the most common 3 month maintenance issue that PD fixes... That's the reason why I asked them to install a plaster bulkhead rather than a MDF bulkhead. I wouldn’t worry too much about it; the maintenance crew will fix it no probs. Porter Davis homes 5113Apr 17, 2012 10:19 am Hey all my wife and I signed tender with pd about 2 weeks ago and have had electrical and colour. We sign contract next week. So far we have only put down 2500. We are now second guessing from comments about them being sold to an overseas company. Does anybody have any further info ? Porter Davis homes 5114Apr 17, 2012 10:33 am Just curious, is your range hood exhausting into the bulkhead or the roof cavity? If you do have further questions I’d be delighted to help clarify them with you. Cheers, Ebony Porter Davis Homes Questions? Re: Porter Davis homes 5119Apr 17, 2012 11:29 am The way it works normally is that the employee’s will find out last.... acquisitions are kept as a secret for obvious reason. Ebony when you get a email from the boss for everyone to gather in the tea room for a quick meeting as least you will know now what it’s about.. LOL If it been sold (I have no idea if it has) it might me a good thing for the company.
