I just used them for the first stage and they did a good job. I don't understand the point about litigation, the report goes to myself and I send it onward to the builder...

My qualifications are as follows: I teach at Vic Uni in the advance building department. I have a cert 4 in teaching. I have a cert 4 in building. I have an Adv Dip in building constrcution. I have a Dip in Building Surveying. I have an Avd Dip in building Surveying. I have worked in commercial construction as a Project manager on 1 shopping centre, two hardware stores and two frame and truss factories. I have built over 300 homes working for various builders. I have appears ion VCVAT on over 100 occassions. I have to produce this information when I enter the stand. Not before. Given that I do enter the stand, unlike others, I hold back on this information until required. I fail to understand why others need to point score to boost their own credibility.
