Definitely no rough in done Zinner.
So is roughing in of electrical all the wires hanging out of the walls or celings? We have maybe 1 or 2 hanging from the ceiling and we are supposedly at fixing stage. Mind you we were delayed because of the valdalism held us back from paiting as they needed to replace the front window and front door frame.
I dont get weekly updates unfortunately and i would appreciate at this time as we feel a little lost with the delay and not sure what is next and when.
We held a payment 4 days because i advised i wasnt comfortable paying it without meeting our NEW SS with an update.
Roughing in of the electrical should be done as part of the lockup stage (pre-plaster). It is basically all your wires and ducts "roughed in" the walls and roof. Having wires hanging out of the walls would mean that it has been "roughed in". The fixing stage is complete when all your plaster (+skirting and architraves) is complete and your Kitchen and vanities are in. This does not include stone benchtops (sometimes they put the stone benchtops on anyway but I guess it depends). I don't think it includes lights and/or power points. I would think lights and power points etc would be done after the painting. In fact on PDs PoP it has the Practical Completion stage(stage after fixing) showing fitting off all electrical.
Fixing stage from the PD PoP.
Plaster linings installed. Kitchen and vanities
(excluding granite benchtops) and stairs installed.
Internal fix completed. Fixing stage complete.
