Re: Tierra at Estuary 28Mar 16, 2012 2:31 pm Thanks guys, But the party is over So angry with our bank. So stupid. They are saying they don't have all these documents like approved building plans, builders warranty, pulic liabillity insurance, builders licence etc, so they can't authorize any progress payments! Most of these are in the builders contract! And the annoying thing is my husband went in there a week ago to ask the procedure on the progress payments, you think they could of mentioned then? Not the first time they have lost documents by the way. They even had been sending documents to a block of land we originally were looking at last august that hasnt been subdivided yet. We repeatively told them this was not our address. Now the pressure is on and I'm super p i s s e d ! Burbank admin have been great today. They sent us all the things we needed so we didn't have to sift through all our paperwork. Also we have realized the slab hasn't allowed for the water tank as shown in our council approved plans. Hubby has sent our SS a txt (his preffered method of contact how weird?) Re: Tierra at Estuary 29Mar 16, 2012 8:07 pm Burbank Finance is pretty good if you advice the finance team they will not pressure you or stope progress on ure build. My progress payment during lockup was around $50 short ( I know it is a tiny amount) but Burbank said we can cover it in the next progress. Good you got the phone number of your SS, will be handy Orchid 4200 with Burbank: Thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=53034 House Built in 7 Months and 2 weeks Re: Tierra at Estuary 31Mar 17, 2012 8:45 am OMG! how does that happen? now youve got me worried. hope they sort it soon, what bank are you with?( if u dont mind me asking) weve just seen a broker this week cause we found out our loan had expired know one from our bank let us know. weve changed banks. xo Re: Tierra at Estuary 32Mar 17, 2012 4:20 pm Nayzv OMG! how does that happen? now youve got me worried. hope they sort it soon, what bank are you with?( if u dont mind me asking) weve just seen a broker this week cause we found out our loan had expired know one from our bank let us know. weve changed banks. xo This time we are with RAMS (do not recommend!) Last time our home loan was with Commonwealth, if we went with them again their best deal was the same home loan as what we already had, but with extra monthly fees that we didn't have to pay last time. Rip off. So we went elsewhere. Re: Tierra at Estuary 33Mar 17, 2012 4:22 pm mrskb So exciting that things are happening!!! It is turning into such a beautiful estate! Can't wait to live there! Yaaaaaaaaay for progress!! Frame and windows already! You guys are flying along! You must be so excited! Bummer that you are having problems with Rams, our loan is with them and we have had no problems with progress payments - but I must say the office manager in the branch we are through is a super star so she makes sure all the paperwork is 100%!
