Cheaps prices in town, trust me I've removed about 110 tonns of dirt
Tstr1a- did you use the dingo after the dirt removal or did you have someone else do it? Someone suggested even having a bobcat come in as they can move dirt around, level and remove at the same time without us having to do an work.
A dingo was used to dig up footings for our front brick fence and concrete block retaining wall at the back and level out the drive way. Cal Dav on 0419 244 466. He charges $370 for 4 hrs. Or hire a dingo for the weekend, I think it costs about $150 -$200. My job is a little more tricky so I need an operation. Re: Porter Davis homes 4334Jan 20, 2012 11:55 am tstrla just checked your blog you did a lot of elctrical-was it expensive? We had PD add the wiring for lights in the backyard, wiring to front of house which we will need an electriction to install post handover. How much did you get the LED lights for?? i have heard they are cheaper post handover? We are considering them as they are cheaper to run and dont have the delay that the CFL's have Forrestdale 27 Land Titled:4/11/11 Building Permit:4/11/11 Site Start Date: 16/11/11 Slab Date: 01/12/11 Frame Date:05/12/11 http://hordefamilyhome.blogspot.com/ Re: Porter Davis homes 4335Jan 20, 2012 12:09 pm Sammyjane31 tstrla just checked your blog you did a lot of elctrical-was it expensive? How much did you get the LED lights for?? i have heard they are cheaper post handover? We are considering them as they are cheaper to run and dont have the delay that the CFL's have electrical was very expensive $9k (includes, alarm, data point, media room cabling and post handover work) PD's prices are over the top and I had stuff done post handover. With LED get them to install GU-10 fittings as they take both CPL and LED downlight. We have a mixture of CFL's and LED's up stairs. Downstair I installed halogens as they produce the best light (especially for the kitchen). We mainly us lamps downstairs with CFL light bulbs and the light is more soft and diffused. Re: Porter Davis homes 4336Jan 20, 2012 12:45 pm WPW $9k-but your house is also prbably twice the size as our house and we didnt do cabling for media room as we are going to use a wireless surround sound system. Thanks for the info re: GU-10's! We aren't sure where we will need extra light most likely the kichen area but arent sure about anywhere else and we will also have lamps too - already have them from previous.
