Good luck with it - if its any consolation, we have spent MONTHS drawing plans, being told they wont work with our block (3m slope) and having to start all over again... now THAT was heartbreaking! All you need to do is rearrange a little..... can't be that hard.... right? ![]() Unfortunately money plays such a big factor. (TAS) 40Jan 13, 2012 12:35 pm Ok so I had a go at redoing downstairs to allow for staircase exiting somewhere in the middle of upstairs (against South wall). What you think of this? Haven't worked out the upstairs yet but thinking about allowing another metre. Also a mate of mine suggested going 600mm overhang either side for upstairs as he was told it would not add much cost to the build, and extra width is what is needed upstairs!
