May God help us all Re: Westminster Homes 639Dec 22, 2011 10:45 am Well, I finally settled with my insurer (Lumleys - yes, it was that long ago, they stopped being an insurer for Westminster almost 2 years ago I think). To be fair - they were pretty good to deal with, and considering the circumstances - I think the turnaround time was acceptable. On another matter though - I am still struggling to get all the paperwork that wasn't supplied.... chasing all sorts of contractors directly now... fun fun fun. We have been in ours for 2 years and a whole lot of repairs were never done, we are about to put in our claim, did they give you a payment for the outstanding work or do you need to get quotes for the work to be finished?
