Our options are Sandstone,Latte,Lite Mocha,Coffee,Chestnut,Chocolate, French Grey, Bluestone, Blacl, Gun Metal Re: Porter Davis homes 3931Dec 06, 2011 10:05 pm Thanks Eli-Kay, Alpal & Humble, I think I'll wait until they make contact and if it's not in the next week will give them a rev up. I bet us startups are as much work as the finishers Hubby came home and said our temp fence and electricity is there, how did I miss that in my trips past today I gave up after my second trip past with no work being done Rups Thanks guys. Framing booked to start on Thursday if the chippes finish their current job on time, so yeh - should have a frame up in the next 7ish days. Meeting with our SS on-site on Monday for a meet n greet, and to go through the little extras we want (noggins, ducted vac locations, etc). He's on leave for 3 weeks over Xmas, but a lot of his trades are working through, so the ones he trusts will continue to work on our place. Looking good for a decent amount of work to be done in the next 2 weeks. Excited to hear they're asking about noggins.....I need a few of these myself! Re: Porter Davis homes 3932Dec 07, 2011 2:05 pm Well I shouldn't have spoken so soon, after a second unprompted phone call from my BC in a fortnight she was ringing to say our slab pour has been brought back again to the 12th (Mon) with frames to begin on Wed Can't be unhappy with that Re: Porter Davis homes 3933Dec 07, 2011 2:15 pm Awesome news Rups and JLD! My Dad went by our place today and they have finished the framing and just need to add the front door area and the roof- our BC told us yesterday that they were going to start yesterday (Tues) or today (Wed), i think they started on Monday as the timber was already cut when we saw it on the weekend. I have heard from others who have built a lot of tradies continue to work during the break and it's just PD and some supervisors that take some leave - fingers crossed we have a little work in the break.
