I knocked on the door to the 1st house above and asked the lady if she could tell me what render colour she has and I will find out in a few days. Too many different shades of render colour and strengths. And I,ve noticed that today people are using acrylic render with 3 coats and no colour applied to the render, and the end result is House with No colour applied to render, looks like it has alot of very light grey colour, very soft on the eyes. http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/5218 ... colour.jpg The picture isn't that great as I took it from mt phone, sorry. Re: Need help with Render Colours ? 7Nov 19, 2011 7:33 pm Love the last house! Very nice they have done an excellent job. I can't really tell what colour it is, on my screen it seems to have a slight hint of pink in it. Obviously not though. You are right it does have a slight pink in it when looking at it in different sun light and conditions. How do you reduce the pink in the colour or get rid of the pink all together and go with a more brown?? As i painted some on my wall, and the 1/2 strength Pale Earth (Sand Cement Render) is close to surfmist. Been going crazy painting on my wall with various colours to see which one it might be. Re: Need help with Render Colours ? 9Nov 21, 2011 5:31 am You can't get the pink out of the colour as it has red in the mix. What colour are you actually after for your units?
