Hope you guys have a good building experience. Remember get in contact with your SS before site scrape, it’s important that he has the correct plans from the start. Demand to speak to management, if they tell you that they are to busy then set an appointment time for you to go into their office for a meeting. Access/Lifestyle/Prestige, regardless, the floor plans are just that, the difference in the seperation of the PD houses is mainly inclusions anyhoo. I would be filthy.. Hopefully see a site scrape by this time next month. We still have to get our building permit, and sign off on Construction Drawings. It looks like a second soil test was done recently as well. Three options 1 Ask the liquidator 2 Find another PD customer and ask the source of their report 3 Pay for new report 3 12345 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74717 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending.
