Some times people don't reply if an adequate answer has been provided. As for what Fitzy recommended, unless you are experienced in using heat to dismantle metal on metal fittings, ignore it and def don't hit it with a hammer of any kind. Call a plumber instead. It will cost you less in the end. I must get some new glasses then because the tap in the video is a pillarcock (basin tap) and the other a wall spindle. I think the original poster wanted to know how disassemble the dress-fittings off the spindle. Once he has accomplished that it then becomes 'similar' to your video.
