BSA inspected & agreed with builder that the problem was caused by our light fittings/glancing light. There is now nothing we can do except change to some sort of pendant or down light and let everyone we can who build with Coral know of our experiences with oyster lights. Our builder, re-painted the whole ceiling from the back of the house to the front at our 3 month maintenance, as the painters had patched up where a light had to be changed.
