Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 2653Aug 23, 2011 10:28 pm I just cant see why people dont take their rubbish home from their parties. Its all of a 5 min walk from any part of the estate to any dwelling so there is NO EXCUSE Seems ridiculous the developer and council are shirking responsibility. It is becoming hazardous now as there was oyster shells and broken beer bottles in the toddlers play area. Sheer STUPIDITY from residents, council and the developers. I will be sending a email or ten to both council and Investa to sort this crap out I went outside once. The graphics were alright, but the gameplay sucked! Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 2654Aug 24, 2011 9:43 am The day Liverpool Council started billing the residents around the park for rates was the day that the council became responsible for the park. So as far as I am concerned they are the ones who should be cleaning up the mess and providing more and proper receptacles for the rubbish. They want the money they should provide the services. Bek - You were heavily involved with the recycling plant protest and as I imagine you would of had some dealings with the local councillors. Given that association if I were you I would be contacting them directly with your concerns about the cleaning and maintenance of the parks. After all why not go to the top if you have that avenue available. BTW congratulations and good luck with your pregnancy. MW - congratulations and good luck with your build. Hopefully we will be not too far behind. Bill. Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 2657Aug 25, 2011 2:19 pm Wow Guys Congrats Fifi I went outside once.
