Re: Why is my white splashback sky blue 54May 29, 2011 3:58 pm mimi23 Candlebark to me is a grey colour and they have brown stone on the island, so I thought it may be ok with the Urban stone being a grey/brown colour. Must be just me! Hi Mimi23 I think I must have looked at the wrong photo the one i looked has a white bench. Would you be able to post the link please. Re: Why is my white splashback sky blue 55May 30, 2011 1:35 am Hi pearl, We were actually over at the display village today, so I popped in to have another look at the splashback in person and after a second look with a sample of Urban in hand, (we were originally going to have it, love it!) I think Candlebark may throw a tinge of green. Later while DH was checking out a few things in Bunnings I had a look at some Dulux colours. What I came up with against the Caesarstone Urban sample was Silver Illusion, Dune or Exposed Elements. I think all would go, just depends on how dark you would like it. All samples are available on the larger Dulux sample chips. Hope this helps a bit. mimi Re: Why is my white splashback sky blue 56May 30, 2011 8:14 am Thanks mimi23 for looking into it in the showroom . All weekend I have been looking at colours I do like the look of the greys although the sample of grey that I had was Tristan and maybe a little dark but it had the effect of continuity[if that is the word ] that I am looking for. There is a colour on the same card a little lighter called Stepney so may get a pot of that to try.Thankyou for your suggestions my husband has taken the colour specifier that I had to work with pictures to maybe get some feed back there, so I cant check the colours you have suggested. I will look at them on the website though but I dont think they always show the true shade. We have Dune on the guttering and front door and I do love it, I have some of that paint so will try it.Thankyou again I’m just in the process of replacing 2 stud walls that have been severely damaged by termites and am planning to use h2 blue pine. I just wanted to if anyone can advise… 0 52889 That sucks! Hope it all works out. Good to move away from steel anyway for all your reasons, but it's also thermally poor. 16 18011 Hi All, I just wanted to close this topic out with an update. So we ended up agreeing to a number with the insurance company, and after an extensive amount of hand… 8 23782 |
