We get settlement in August and have a build scheduled for October, is 2 months enough time to get demolition approval and a building permit from council? Can we submit these prior to having settlement of the land? I think you can submit this before settlement, you just have to have all the documentations, we looked at this to put in the application for the shed before settlement to save time, but it didnt happen.
