Very simple to install - under a minute per window[/quote] Thanks Lunchy, i'll look into that! We will look at popping them on the lower storey windows after handover, together with screen doors. Snoofie, they weren't that dear ($23 or $33) ask if you can have a BV done, we upgraded prior and they have forgotten some, and the SS advised that they just change over the plastic opening bit on the sliders. I think there's been a "whoopsie"! Ooooh a whoopsie..... good whoopsie?? or a bad whoopsie?? details! haha Mimi!! Well.... what I initially thought was a bad whoopsie has subsequently turned out to be a good whoopsie!! Ok, thanks to T who sent me an email with all of the stair options!! When we looked at the Waldorf at Williams Landing we didn't take to the way the carpet had a centre runner, we would have liked the treads fully carpeted. We didn't want timber treads as the house we live in now has timber treads and we dislike them intensely. They are slippery, I have slipped down them twice in two years, they are cold and hard. They look nice, but for us a We then saw the Marriott at Lyndhurst and loved the carpeted treads. At tender, we showed them a photo of the staircase and also checked the website and after a little searching we were told it was the Traditional Option 2. Turns out it is actually the Classic Option 2!! Insert Whoopsie here! Now after looking at the detailed pictures (below) I am growing to like the one we have... so a good whoopsie!!! Sometimes these things just turn out for the best!! Hope that helps Hey there G We're not going to tempt fate by adding another BV at this point - we are a mere 24 days from tentative handover! Just got a letter in the mail today saying we will get PCI and handover dates in writing very soon. Re: Porter Davis homes 1798May 17, 2011 6:35 am Hi Jess, Question for you What's going to happen with the Mernda Prestige display center? 2 of the 3 houses are no longer being built (Not sure about the Lifestyle center there though). Re: Porter Davis homes 1800May 17, 2011 8:54 am Went out to see the Kallara 31 in epping, they had a water issue.. 'whoopsie' It was great the gang out there still let us take a look, we had driven over 55km to see the house, and were really only interested in this one, as we have already decided to go with the kallara.. Free coffee was good too! Wow that is terrible about the insurance! I guess ideally proof of insurance should be provided prior to first deposit but I'd imagine they would refuse to be out of… 17 14213 There isn't any need to.
