They are only around the corner from Indent at the bottom of town. http://www.earp.com.au/ Some things are worth waiting for. Re: I need MAJOR help with my tile choices 17May 08, 2011 1:36 pm yeah i know but our builder only lets us go to indent. they have a great range there though so no compaints. Yes I now see what you want which has helped out hugely but I cannot find anything online as far as my searches go. I know the look you want. The rockface tiles are very nice. Re: I need MAJOR help with my tile choices 19May 15, 2011 11:29 am Hi acrebuild Have you got any further in finding the right tile? I just read your blog &, working for a tile business, I had some ideas!. I think if you are after a marble look, perhaps with a bit of texturing as a feature wall & in cooler tones to go with your other finishes, you could achieve all of these using a full bodied porcelain tile which has a bit of pattern to look like natural stone. You could use a 300 on the floor with a 300x600 on the wall. If you like a marble look you might go for the polished finish (some will need sealing but this is effective) and there are a number of colour options that would co-ordinate with your bench/cabinetry. If you like the idea of black, you could consider using the black on the floor and a lighter off white/grey on the walls so as to keep the space light (or the lighter tile on both floor & wall to make the space look bigger). Then if your lighting is good enough you could add drama with a textured darker feature wall (perhaps behind the vanity). Anyway - just some ideas. If you have a swatch of your other finishes, I suggest you visit Lindsay at our Amber Maitland store and you could have a play around to see how it all works together! Hope this helps & hope you achieve your dream bathroom!! Looking for advice on whether this variation in tile colour is acceptable.
