Did you guys have your external door furniture (eg front door handles) installed at lockup and then found that these were damaged? Ours were put on when the doors went on and we now find that the front door set has black acid stains (from the brick cleaners) and the laundry door set is starting to rust. Has anyone else experienced this and had them replaced without question? Hi snoofie, I'm sorry to hear about these issues that you've noticed. If you haven't done so already, I highly recommend contacting your Customer Care Administrator or Site Supervisor to discuss this & get their advice. Perhaps you can put this in writing and include some pictures so that they understand the issue fully. Let us know how you go. Cheers, Jess. Porter Davis Homes Questions?
