Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 01, 2011 9:43 am Hi everyone, After doing a research for more than a year. I ended up signing my very first home with PD. EXCITED I deposited my first $1000 for MANCHESTER 1 "house and land" package in Cranebourne North 2 weeks back. Also I signed the land contract last week. Which is very good. Yesterday,I went to Hopeturn and National times for my first browsing. It was a great and confusing experiece as there are lot to choose from, but it did worth it. And I am quite happy with the inclusions. I don't think I would go for an upgrade, well I did get a simplicity upgrade. which is more than good enough for me. Thats all the good part, now starts the worrying part..... , I asked National tiles for the appointment date and it seems like they are fully booked till mid june? and as for hopeturn, they said, they cannot give me appointment until they get some information form PD admin??? I don't know...i have no idea.... for where i am heading??? As June 30th is closing....Can anyone please tell me, will I still meed the date....or is there any other way to make things go faster.or I don't know, I need help. Please guys anyone out there can give me some suggestion....about the time frame? OR am I expecting more than I should, it's very hard at the moment...mind is telling me one thing and heart's other. Thank you. Re: Do I still have time for signing contract before 30th Ju 2May 01, 2011 11:02 am Hi Mancester I, I think your CSA should be able to help you with this. Pretty sure the selection and tile people need to get the info from your CSA, then you are booked in for an appointment. If they couldn't make the deadline, the sales persom should have informed you of this before you deposited, I would imagine? There is a PD thread on this site, maybe you can mention this to them. Good luck with it though, I hope they manage to squeeze you though and all goes well! __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All new built homes look like display homes... until the furniture goes in. Re: Do I still have time for signing contract before 30th Ju 3May 01, 2011 7:13 pm Thank you Starz for your information. I haven't got CSA yet, so I am wondering if I have to call PD to find about that? Well, about the sales person, you know how they are, for them, everything is fine. But i don't think so...unless i push for it. I am hoping as well...crossing my finger, that everything will go smoothly.
