Doors and floor look really nice. Lovely view out the front - how do you like the double roller blind? Enjoying living in your new house?? (silly question eh?) Re: MKLJ's Preston by the Coast 411May 03, 2011 9:05 pm Mclaren Hi Kel, I missed your pics and have just seen them - looking good I can imagine there's still a lot to do but it's better to live there for a while anyway before making too many decisions about what should go where. Doors and floor look really nice. Lovely view out the front - how do you like the double roller blind? Enjoying living in your new house?? (silly question eh?) HI Annette Thank you, we are simply loving our new house. Still a bit to do - mainly landscaping now and decorating! We love our view out the front. Spending a lot of time sitting on our front verandah looking down to the sea and across the gully. It's so peaceful and awesome to have no neighbours across the road! The double roller blinds are fantastic! So easy to use and look really streamlined and minimal from the inside which we wanted. We will eventually get curtains at the sides to soften the look a bit but for now they are serving their purpose quite well. The see through blind is excellent for privacy during the day because we can still maintain our view to the outside. Will have to go and check your thread for progress now - haven't been on here for a while! I will be back here with nice pics at some stage - we have bought a new dining room table which I am TOTALLY in love with and need to share at some point! Re: MKLJ's Preston by the Coast 412May 04, 2011 9:08 am That's nice - you are very lucky! Looking forward to seeing the dining table - I'll be looking around soon! Re: MKLJ's Preston by the Coast 414May 22, 2011 12:34 pm Cooped07 HAPPY BIRTHDAY KELLY. Have a great day! x Thank you tam!! Xxx Re: MKLJ's Preston by the Coast 416Jul 03, 2011 8:03 pm Hey! Peek a boo to you! I have been working pretty much full time so havent been home or around much. When the weather gets better we will have to catch up. How's things? How is the house coming along? We are still decorating and trying to get boxes out of our garage into shed so we can actually fit a car in there! Sooo busy all the time with sport, school, footy and work its crazy! Hopefully our landscaper will start in the next month or so - I cannot wait to have grass!! The boys are driving me nuts wanting to kick the footy out there, sent them across the road a few times to kick it so thats been handy. We also had our 3 month maintenance check. The guy was really nice and helped out with ideas for things as well! We didn't have anything too major on there though. Looks like we have managed to score a new front door and new glass so that shall be awesome. We will probably get a front door like yours (and pay the difference). They look much nicer from the inside rather than a plain door! Anyway we will see how that one pans out. Re: MKLJ's Preston by the Coast 417Jul 09, 2011 7:24 pm bobbaloochi Hey! Peek a boo to you! Was Robert your maintenance guy? He was awesome with us too. He needs to come back and fix our main toilet door frame. Ohhhhh.. a new door. Wow.. I do like our style door and seems almost the whole neighbourhood does too Where did you get your hall table from? We need one but all the ones i've seen aren't really good quality. Yours looks like it is. We had a call from Hickinbotham asking about being in the Sunday Mail's property section. I am only guessing that many people would have got the same call.. Did you?
