Thanks ETB, my traffic free laundry is one of my favourite things, then it doesn't matter if I have racks of smalls airdrying, no one will see them!
And the bath is a spa, and that was for my husband!
I just wish it'd start!

A.A.have facilities to open a zone if all zones are accidentally shut but installers still put in constant for some reason. Daikin has their own zone controller now which makes constants obselete. Intellegent Life which is a part of advantage air uses third party a/c and their own ducts and controllers with wireless room temp sensors to do their bit - similar concept to actron air top range setup. If only they took advantage of actron esp flow control than it would be a dream setup without the price tag but than they are competitors. I have gone with I/L cause of the invertor I needed like actron without the price tag. They are probably others but don't have the zone control that I needed that I know of. I have a referral discount if you do decide to investigate further later. Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 188Mar 26, 2011 8:28 pm That'd be cool duke, can you pm it to me, so when I need it, its in my inbox. We have fujitsu atm, and have had no issues with it my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 189Mar 26, 2011 9:22 pm Wow, tinkster, I so feel for you. Why do developers sell blocks before the titles are issued? When I was looking for a block my circumstances dictated that I had to find one with a title so I could move straight away (didn't factor in the slowness of council approvals though). I LOVE your plan. My dream home would have a scullery (ever since I saw one in a Switch display home). ____________________________ SuzanneW https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=38219 Pre-Start 01/10/10 Slab 14/01/11 Brickwork 28/02/11 Roof Frame 24/03/11 Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 190Mar 26, 2011 11:23 pm I fell in love with it in a switch display too suzanne, and nothing we saw after that lived up to it! my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 191Mar 27, 2011 10:54 am Hi Tinkster - good news about moving along Follow Feggle viewtopic.php?f=31&t=34992 Follow lilfeggle viewtopic.php?f=31&t=37149 Asbestosis Sux! Don't breath in Asbestos Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 192Apr 03, 2011 6:21 pm Hi tinkster, I am back. Have been fighting with the builder. Have you got the titles issued yet? I was looking around some display homes today and was told by a sales reps that his client told him the titles at Ashwood lanes have been issued. Well, I did not about this. Anyway, my builder said I have to have the soakwells installed by them, cause in their building license. I was disputing that but it seems they would not change it. You have no problem with organising soakwells instalation yourself right? Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 193Apr 03, 2011 7:48 pm I spoke to the developer week before last and no titles yet. My builder was going to call her last week to nag, and I've heard nothing from them, so not as far as I know. My builder hasn't mentioned soakwells, I'm almost afraid to ask, tho Westy did his own and he's with switch. Feggles? did you do your own? my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 194Apr 03, 2011 10:41 pm Hi tinkster, You need to ask your builder about the soakwells now. You'll be surprised how much they are going to charge you. I think the shire of Gosnells wants to have all the pipes interconnected to the soakwells circulating the house Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 195Apr 04, 2011 9:03 am I know some builders charge a lot for soakwells but my builder wasn't that more costly than a local trades cash price but def worth checking Building The Oceanic with Nautilus Upgrades by Dale Alcock Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=45433&p=687574#p687574 KEYS! 28.9.11 Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 196Apr 04, 2011 10:12 am We paid in excess of $5000 for our soakwells, which does seem to be extreme. However, it was done by the contractor as part of our building contract, so if there is ever a problem they are answerable and can't pass the blame. It was also one thing less for me to worry about and to try to co-ordinate. Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 197Apr 04, 2011 5:17 pm Ok I emailed the builder who said we can do it after handover "to save yourselves some money" All good. my new build thread- Ben Trager https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=89826 my switch build thread (2011) https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=36569 Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 198Apr 04, 2011 6:54 pm Our Soakwells were installed before the slab went down! Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 199Apr 04, 2011 7:39 pm tinkster Ok I emailed the builder who said we can do it after handover "to save yourselves some money" All good. That's good news tinkster. My builder told me they have to do it because it is in their building license. That a lot of bullcrap. Any news with the titles? Re: Building switchthree90- still waiting! 200Apr 04, 2011 7:58 pm Wow golfnut- thats keen! We had ours done last time by some little old dude, retired, I wanna say it cost $600 but that just seems WAY too cheap Hope we can find a guy like that again, or we'll be doing some digging ourselves Gundala-Nope, my builder said last week Paula said any day now.
