I will be erecting and plastering internal walls, tiling...finishing off in general. I am not sure at which point a licence kicks in. Would appreciate any help. Check with you local shire but from my knowledge the construction requires a building licence but the fit out does not, this fit out would include plastering, painting, tiling and finishing Telecommunications systems, computer Networks and Security systems.
