The tracks generally shouldn't need much maintenance because they usually have play in the tracks and are not tight fitting. Whereas the other stuff - such as silicone spray or 3M's specific garage door lube ,claims that it's been formulated to not attract dirt..etc etc. I can't comment on the accuracy of that, as I know a friend of mine who's been using the olive oil spray for her garage door... Amazing stuff! They use it on power window mechanisms inside car doors because it doesnt attract dust (which makes the situation worse) along with sunroofs etc... Just checked the website and they actually do recommend it for garage doors as well! 920 was enough to get the furniture in. We live in a pretty safe area and it’s great to see people walking to the front door.
