The Builder's Stage (or Builder's Release) is where the builders sell House and Land packages. Each builder gets some blocks that can only be sold exclusively by them (i.e. the Land Sales office can't sell them to a buyer direct). This release (stage 16) is on the northern edge of the estate, closest to Sanctuary Lakes. It is north of Stage 4 and between Stages 15 and 22. We've bought Lot X. Hope it titles soon! Whereabouts are you? Re: Building in Saltwater Coast - Point cook 159Mar 08, 2011 9:46 am Rups Hi, This is our first post on homeone. We have recently bought land in Saltwater in stage 16 (which we were told is a builders stage). It is meant to tiltle in June. We are building with Porter Davis, the Sandpiper 33. It is all getting very exciting. We had tender on Tuesday and have colours and electricals in a fortnight. Look forward to hearing about your progress. Rups & Leanne Hi Rups & Leanne, It's great to see you on the forum, it's a great place to get genuine answers and advice. I'm glad to hear you're excited to begin your build journey & congratulations on the Sandpiper 33 at Saltwater, it is a lovely design. Keep us updated with how your colour and electrical appointments go. I look forward to following your progress. Cheers, Jess. Porter Davis Homes Questions? I have been getting quotes but I am getting a range of prices. I am learning that I am also getting quoted on 2700mm sections where the Guidelines state 2400mm (I am asking for this) and also apparently they don't all use Galvanized nails??
