Make sure you have listed and included all the features you want and need in the yard - good design is both functional and aesthetic. (cooking area?, spa?) Dont need to have a full lighting plan but may want to consider a rough one so that you can drop in conduit etc during construction. Irrigation too. Though, if you have the creativity and time, I would instead create some mysterious ancient ruins throughout the grove. An intact pillar here, a broken pillar there, a half buried broken statue or wall somewhere else... I'd definitely go more informal with a bamboo grove, ensuring that the paths were 'natural' and worn by walking feet rather than built, twisting through the bamboo. Any advice on how to ensure the kit home granny flat that im thinking of buying will get council approval. The kit home companys wont release plans without a deposit and… 0 7222 Hmmm, I have checked your past posts and it seems that you are in NSW, not WA as I had thought. It pays to show your State in your avatar. Retaining wall regulations… 5 7859 Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes. 1 35327 |
