Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Feb 08, 2011 6:48 pm Have you heard of a tapware company called Par Taps? They're based in Preston (Melb) and make what looks online like a decent range. Not sure what their prices are like yet. Can't find anything about them on the internet so just thought I'd see if anyone on here knows of them. Thanks, Pippi Re: Par Taps - used them or know what the quality is like? 2Feb 08, 2011 7:18 pm I bought my Par taps 15years ago still very good called Manor,I think they use to be made in Australia.I brought then in Essendon from plumbing Co Re: Par Taps - used them or know what the quality is like? 3Feb 09, 2011 7:26 am I sell some of their gear thru work. I like that they are good solid heavy taps and mixers that are still australian made. Have had no real issues with them as yet. And yes, they are a company with quite a few years under their belt also. Possumchops Now the proud owner of 3.7acres of Serenity. Colour selection completed! Soon to go to council. Re: Par Taps - used them or know what the quality is like? 4Feb 09, 2011 8:59 am Thanks Pattycake and Possumchops, I'll definitely check them out. I'd like to buy a locally made product and it sounds as though it won't be difficult to get parts in the future if they've been around for years. PS: your names work well together, maybe you could start a band? Bathroom renovation will likely include a back-to-corner bath and we’re considering a freestanding tap with hand-held shower such as the picture included. My hesitation… 0 22702 No the fireplace doesn’t work. It’s been enclosed. I’m not sure what was removed, as it was done quite some time ago - well before what I can see with photos online… 2 9113 wondering anyone built with omaxe homes and care to share their experiences. thanks 0 8850 |
