I think Tarneit is really great and the next house.... (first isn't even built yet) will probably be in Tarneit. Total fluke that we ended up in Point Cook, if we hadn't chanced on this block then there was no way we could afford it. Correct me if I am wrong but I think Pt Cook Gardens was developed by Peet and Co who are doing Tarneit Gardens? That's a lovely estate. I think anywhere from Morris Rd to the end of Sayers Rd is a really good buy I've been watching the prices for 18 months and they are definately going up. My father is coming down this sunday to talk to Harry with me and the missus and we're going to trek out to this peice of land. (No road built yet) Very exciting, and i've heard nothing but good things about the area thus far. Hopefully the land isn't sold by then!!!
