We have three cavity sliders but they all go back completely into the cavity so no protuding handles would work here. Mine too, even the ones I had in the previous house that didn't slide all the way in would not have enough room for that style of handle. Cheers Lou http://take2-customdesigndownslope.blogspot.com 07-10-09 omg they have cut the block 14-05-10 we finally have the keys Re: Cavity Sliding Door Furniture 12Feb 02, 2011 1:54 pm You could always put a bump stop in the cavity to stop it shearing off the handle. The other problem is that those handles are designed to be screwed on from behind, so one side of the dorr would have a screw head showing(or both if you did both sides) but I think I may have a solution. I'll have to draw it up. Re: Cavity Sliding Door Furniture 13May 12, 2011 10:19 pm we mounted these pull handles on either side of the door, in a back to back configuration. there's a stopper built in so the door doesn't completely disappear into the cavity Our "Better Homes Queensland" Cairns Build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=40451 Current stage - 1st builder's clean done.
