This house included: Kitchen island bench-i like these Double basins in ensuite Double robes to kiddies bdrms Walk in linen press Built in basin with bench & cupboards to laundry Alfresco off Kitchen Alfresco Soft closers to draws 1 set of pot draws Semi frameless pivot bthrm door All these were extras with other plan, Also the standard of the inclusions is much better IMOP Solar hot water & Solar power panels @ $990,we are upgrading inverter to 3kw @ $1,000 What they have given us: Provided colourbond guttering, downpipes etc Up-graded oven Meter box with veiwing panel(included other plan) Matching/bigger windows to bathrms Increased/add wall to doorway of laundry so i can have the basin in the toilet, the doorway was quite large so now it is a normal opening The price for changing/up-grading has been vgood, quick example: Double sliders to Alfresco & another slider to dining $700 something dollars(forget atm) Glass door & window to the laundry $160 Provide basin, tiling, mirror to toilet $$1,053 Both builders include 2c bricks Now i have to do alittle more house work, will try & add pict ASAP! Are you getting closer on that Re: Here we go,here we go,from the old plan onto the new!! 12Nov 17, 2010 3:37 pm Thanks Pattycake . Colours, yer right er NO,but here are some colours i like for the inside I don't think the green will come out right 1 colour all walls, green feature in living area somewhere, chocolate prob in theratre, white trims. I really like stone sorta tiles, don't know if i will have them in the kitchen as splash back, glass or the granite(which maybe too much). These sorta tiles will be in the bthrms & laundry though! Anyway working on the colour pict now Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! Its just hard to actually pick it in the first place and lock it in Re: Here we go,here we go,from the old plan onto the new!! 17Nov 17, 2010 10:17 pm Ah found you! Looks awesome KA . Love the kitchen esp the island bench. It is still similar to the ol' Fav, but with some definite added extras (ie. Alfresco). I am really excited to see it come together. it will certainly be interesting to see if you finish building before us (given that you are in the Metro, have a different builder and don't have our run of bad luck and delays). Now that we have final plans we should have council approval and contracts before the end of the year, with building to start early next year.....i hope and pray What is the sqm2 of the house? It really does look great and your alterations have really improved it. What have you thought of the customer service so far. have they delivered on time? I'm personally not a fan of corner baths at all, waste of space. I'd also look at making both bathroom vanities larger, more benchtop space. I love the colours together, I think green against brown walls will look awesome! Never mind about the doors...
