We like the idea of having a door out the other side of the family room. I can't believe we didn't think of that. LOL. It turns out there is no sewer easement up the back. We never had a disclosure plan when it was drawn up and it was working on an assumption. We forgot to erase it when we were placing the house. We aren't sure where we are putting the pool yet, so we drew it like that to put the piering in just in case. I really like your plane. Can't wait to see your progeress!! I agree you would want to have door access from the living area as PP said. good luck with the sale! Leni, your reno's are stunning. Well done!! Hubby likes the orientation of the house because it is in a good position for the solar panels. LOL. One of the first thing he asked for was a copy of the roof line!!
