I can see there is a good deal of concrete to be removed. I would suggest calling the concreter that did it and asking them for advice on how to remove it, maybe send them these images so they know exactly what the issue is. I'm sure they would be able to give you some good advice on how to resolve it. Porter Davis Homes Questions? Why isnt the contractor cleaning it up? Once you paid the concreter his work, do you think he will work for you? NO WAYS!! It is my case~~ I have called him several times and he said he will fix it when he is free.....now, few months later, nothing changed and my neighbour complained me that the leftover concrete on his side road and his landscaper refused to work on that~~ Metricon Amira Re: Leftover concrete 10Nov 04, 2010 8:08 pm Looks like that could be broken up with a sledge hammer/crow bar and then scraped up with a spade. You could bag the waste in hessian bags then take it to the tip (keep the receipts and send the company the bill for these). For the water meter and tap...you could try a metal scraper and wire brush. That's a fantastic result! Happy you got it sorted out. cheers Simeon 6 8622 To my understanding early saw cuts are to control shrinkage cracks, so doing them now would be pointless. Control joints may reduce ugly cracking during periods of soil… 3 9799 |
