( wishful thinking!) There's quite a few site scrapes and slabs, only a matter of a few moths now! Even stage 9 is starting to blossom. Our house is moving along smoothly, hopefully it continues! Roof is nearly done, bricks half way, plumbing and gas done, were hoping for electrical, heating, aircon and ducted vac to go in this week as well as bricks n roof to be completed, but that might be too much to hope for as I'm not even surehow long it takes. A few of our doors have been delivered, the glass sliding ones came with the windows. How's everyone else coming along? Re: The Avenue at Casey 459Nov 02, 2010 2:45 pm maz13 hi everyone, friends of mine have a block in stage 6 and are about to sign a contract with Big M. They have been quoted $13000 for the site cost but I don't think that sounds right. What so you guys reckon? Any help would be appreciated. Maz Way too expensive... if you go back a couple of pages, i went into greater detail with Tash for what it should cost. OUrs cost about 10K including recycled water throughout the house. Good to see they are still trying rip off everyone... Re: The Avenue at Casey 460Nov 02, 2010 4:25 pm azb I hope the trades will be hard at work today! ( wishful thinking!) Totally flying along! Debra50 Ok Avenue - Carlisle clients, I see more site scrapes, details please. We are framing, all happening so fast. Pictures on Blog. Gorgeous high ceilings Deb (in my mind at least). Your place is all lonely on that side of the estate. I agree - where's all the rest of the Carlislers, and those in the latter stages. Don't be shy - come on in and say hello... Building Carlisle Homes "Monaco" @ The Avenue at Casey What's happening?...
