I didn't see the point as they never finished all work they were supposed to after my 3 month inspection. Funny that they promise to have these things done after you move in and even give you a signed list but when it comes down to it they seem to feel they have no obligation to finish the work. Its a real take the money and run mentality. I had some plaster repairs done that took 3 attempts at me staying home waiting for tradesmen to show and then when they finally did the work and I went through all this inconvenience it all ended up cracking or popping again after a couple more months. I tried ringing but they either don't answer the phone or take a message and then never call back. I decided that it was better to have things repaired myself and have the peace of mind that PD are but a distant memory and that I no longer have to put up with their incompetance. I recommend it as life is far too short to suffer any more of the PD experience. Re: No 12 mths maintenance inspection with PD? 12Nov 03, 2010 10:15 am Well this is clearly something I missed along the way, or forgot I will make up a list of all the things to be done and give maintenance a call.
