The other changes will all depend on our finances. The most important thing we need to get first of all is curtains throughout Current status: Busy making the house our home Built PD Francis 29 on our 576m2 block at Reflections in Tarneit Reflections Estate Thread Our Build Thread Re: Building Wizards castle - PD Francis 29 – More pics 496Oct 29, 2010 12:31 pm We have not even looked for window coverings...will have to get out the trusty sewing machine...in the meantime it will be sheets. I don't understand why you want to move the toilet in the ensuite - is it in a silly spot? Will go back and look at your plans...... Thanks bel, we are going to re-arrange the ensuite and master bedroom, something like the pics below (I should point out that none of this is to scale so the positioning of the walls will probably be different) This is how we get it Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ So firstly we will move the toilet Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Not long after that we will do something like this (spa to be added much later) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ So it will look like this for a while, but that’s ok by us. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The only other change we will make is to add a door to the toilet and to the entrance to the ensuite When are you planning on doing this ??? As part of your build ... or once you move in do you mean? Im guessing once you move in and finance's are good again. I miss calculated how much deposit i had paid the bank, and thought i was moving in with a little over $10,000. Turns out at fixing stage the bank asked for the remaining $8400 deposit we had to pay (that i forgot about, how did i forget that ) and know we only have just under $2000 to move in with, so i know want its like not having the cash flow. Dont ever let me be your financial adviser, ill sent you broke We're building The Albany 330E with Casa Design & Construction via National Builders Group See how we are going here: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=32694 Re: Building Wizards castle - PD Francis 29 – More pics 500Nov 01, 2010 7:25 am I won’t keep you in mind the next time I need financial advice . That change will probably happen straight away, my girlfriends dad and 2 brothers are builders so they are going to do it for us, all we will have to pay for is stuff like the wood, plaster etc, which we will get cheap anyway. Some of the other changes we want to make however may take a bit longer as they will be a bit more expensive (one involves putting in a fireplace) so it will all depend on the money. We have worked out a list of priorities and will just check that list off as money becomes available.
