I was thinking I might give them a call 2 weeks before our estimated PCI. That way while they finish the little things the fence can go up without too much disruption to the builders.
On another note we deleted our brickpaving this week. So we can get exposed aggregate. Got a 3,750 credit back which was nice. Now to decide what colour to get....... We are thinking Pearl (cream and grey).... However not sure what to do about the footpath being exposed ag as well. Do I try to match it or go completely different.... mmm decisions.... Or rip up the path and have all one colour.... Not sure.

On a side note guys, I have a pretty epic collection of boxes (of various sizes), bubble wrap, thick foam eskies and packing material. Furthermore I have access to a steady supply of the above courtesy of my work

So, if you would like some boxes and stuff, just yell or pop in when you're checking out your slabs and houses

Isn't that what Walk in Robes are for??? Its the one room that can be horrendously messy while the rest of the house looks like a display home. Just don't open that door... You may get crushed to death by shoes and unfolded washing... haha :-)

Hi guys,

Lisa and Henrik from lot 373 here... We too had issues with items being stolen from our building site. All the copper piping in the roof and our sinks, how pathetic is that?

Last Sunday I caught one of the tradies trying to steal limestone blocks from lot 375, he took off when I walked down to ask him what the f... he was doing. Funny thing is, a couple of days later he's down there working on the site. So much of the stealing from these sites are done by tradies. So guess if you see anyone removing anything from the sites at odd hours, please take the registration number and a description of the person/s.

I've already been in contact with Murdoch Police and requested extra patrols in the area, so hopefully Police presence will make them think twice.

Can't wait to move in!

Thanks for alerting the cops, i hope that they listen because there have been a few thefs in the area. I alerted cockburn community centre and have asked them to get ALL street lights on... hopefully it will stop!

Hope the theives dont get caught up in the concealed razor wire, traps or the CCTV we have had installed.
PS - Our portaloo is smelly. Anyone caught stealing anything will be locked in the loo and rolled down adromeda link. Yes wrexter a stake out maybe required.
