Built the PD Heywood 29 - Williams Landing Stage 3 Re: Newcomers building in Hawkstowe South Morang 15Oct 29, 2010 4:59 pm Howdy guys and gals, My wife and I have recently put down a deposit for a block of land on Gledswood Ave., Hawkstowe East (stage 6E). We cannot wait to start building and move into the area. Like you kbla, my wife also had a good feeling about Hawkstowe ever since we first explore the area. Hopefully we will be seeing each other in the area very soon. Taz Re: Newcomers building in Hawkstowe South Morang 16Dec 13, 2010 11:37 am Hi All, We have just signed our contract for a block of land on Gledswood Avenue. We're both very excited about building in Hawkstowe. The place is beautiful. Taz - we might be neighbours! Have you decided who you will be building with? Regards, Nick and Sha Re: Newcomers building in Hawkstowe South Morang 17Dec 13, 2010 4:25 pm btherl That's the railway that's going to be built in 2005.. no, 2010 .. no 2015.. no, maybe 2050? They were also going to build one up north of Epping but that doesn't look like it'll happen anytime soon either. I like Hawkstowe but it's out of our budget range. they've actually fenced off the area where the railway will be and there are covered signs (which i assume will say 40kmh on Civic dr) - they will probably start after xmas I'm actually building in the lakes - off the lakes bdv Re: Newcomers building in Hawkstowe South Morang 19Mar 23, 2011 3:35 pm nickahs Hi All, We have just signed our contract for a block of land on Gledswood Avenue.
