So awesome to see more MS folk here - i've built on Lomas Circle - about two weeks away from getting my keys for getting really ancy! I work FIFO to be Pilbara and its been a little bit hard being so far away! Thankfully I've got awesome family who would do drive bys every couple days to let me know what's going on.. It has flown though as i've only been able to see it every couple of weeks in the flesh Re: Our Ellenbrook Ultimate Home 15Oct 14, 2010 10:14 am Congrats on your slab and congrats on the preg! My slab sat for 4 weeks before the brickies came. Your lucky wet weather shouldn't affect your build. Re: Our Ellenbrook Ultimate Home - Pad Down 16Feb 10, 2011 4:01 pm Hi Everyone! We are currently building at Malvern Springs as well, at Stoneybend st, the only house standing at the very end of the lot. Although we will soon have a neighbor at the back of the house with slabs now in place. It would be good to be able to meet all of you as neighbors. Slabs started 2nd week of December last year. As of this writing, roof is up and electrical wirings are being installed. Our builder is Homestart. i was told that first inspection will be sometime May but would sure like it much later, around July to time by winter semestral break for the kids. So happy to have found this forum. Will be browsing from time to time for I do have a lot of queries. Talk to you soon!
