Is this reasonable? 5Aug 31, 2010 12:36 pm I would say that is very reasonable - I paid $375 for a small 3 bedroom house, then another $75 to have the lawns moved and minimal weeds cleared - but the best part was if (and when, in this case) it wasn't done properly they were the ones having to come back and sort the issues out - one less thing to have to worry about when you are moving which is stressful enough, esp with kids! Building on the Sunshine Coast - Land settled 22nd July 2009 Building contract finally signed (after much deliberation on our part) 11th November 2009 Building commences 25th January 2010 - small local builder End of June - almost completed fit out 26th July - MOVE IN DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
