The funny thing is that we had PD site a house on it last year before we decided to design it ourselves, and apparently the buyers have been at PD today making sure the house they want fits. I nearly swayed DH to just move out to Sanctuary Lakes so we could build now in a nice new estate, he thought about it, nearly said yes, but then changed his mind....
