Hi all,

I have been on this forum for a while now asking questions, getting ideas and generally trying to get some knowledge of the building industry. So I thought its about time to tell you about my situation.
My husband and I bought land in the hunter valley nsw last year and we decided to have a project home built on it. Plans have been approved, colours selected, contracts signed and final plans are done. Today the block has been excavated and we are so excited! We live in Sydney and can only go back on weekends so we can't wait to see what it looks like! So I will probably be on here more often asking lots more questions as the process continues.
