It is unusual to see that in Perth or areas around but if the temps go low it will. Keep sticking at what I say and each year it gets better and better. Even Buffalo's will go a bit rubbish in winter and so does couch. Of course the scale of it varies. Over all though the pros and cons balance out on most turfs.
