Avonwood Ave. I am in no rush to start building but i took sunland's words about there "expected release" in June 2010 and got me into building contract. Now if the land is not ready within 5 months (1st Dec 2010) i will be penalised by the builder either $200 per week or re-calculation of my quote as per new price....fingers cross..... Re: First Home Buyer - Wyndham Vale VIC ! 919Aug 06, 2010 3:25 pm See...the thing is...when we all bought our land...they gave us "Expected" release dates during the woo'ing stage. And they kept telling us these dates despite the fact previous stages were clearly being delayed. We paid our deposit...they kept telling us these original "Expected" release dates. Now, once the stage has been sold out...all of the delays and setbacks come forward. So the question needs to be asked - did they provide false or misleading advertising? Misrepresentation and Trade Practices legislation It is also possible that a dissatisfied purchaser of real estate may be able to take action for misrepresentation or for breaches of the Trade Practices Act or the Fair Trading Act. There may also be other specific remedies available where the agent has engaged in improper conduct in order to bring about the sale. It's all a matter of bring around documents for evidence etc. The Fair Trading Act was way too big for me to read! and I wouldn't know where to look . Starting the process to build with Allworth Homes anyone else build the Wyndham four guest 27 or just the Wyndham four 25 or 27 0 4351 If the eaves are fixed first, the eaves line is about 250 mm below the top plate of wall frame. If the cladding ie hebel stops just under the eave line, then that means… 2 30440 All locked up and cabinets are in! Had a bit of an issue with kitchen tiles no longer available, so I had to re-select. I'm happier with the new selection though, which is… 25 100921 |
