And that's the good part. I rang Energy Aus who told me, yes it is a straight forward procedure to get a 3 phase supply. Just submit a planning form and they will assess the need, but if you want it right now, then I would be paying for the street upgrade, an approx cost of $300k!!!!!!!!!!!!! After that, the $4k for a single phase aircon unit looked very cheap!. Wow, that's gotta be even more frustrating seeing as you can probably see one of the three nearby power stations from there! Bugger! True, spitting distance from Eraring PS and we haven't got 3-phase, it is a bit ironic! Anyway, just the sewer to be connected, finish of some electriclas and the floor and we are in. Hope we can have that done by the end of Aug. Oh, yes, we spent about $9 on electricals, and about $20k on colour (without floors). They are doing a great job. upo Hi all. we are just in the paperwork process of building the Beach house manor elite and got our quotation price and its already at 310k and we havn't been to our colour selection yet and just wondering how much more it could beNo huge site cost have a dead flat block, all thats included is stone bench tops, alfresco, balinese fascade to whole house, 2.7 ceilings, glass doors to home theatre & pantry, and about $10k in alterations to house, air con and oven for free. Wow that is a lot! We spent $3k at colours (no flooring) and $5k at electricals (mainly alarm, tv brackets and a few extra lights and points). Bon - Congrats on a start. Looking forward to seeing some pics. Xiphaias - Good to hear you have solved your prob. Pity you can't get Phase 3 power now though.
