43sq double story brick, added alfresco area(5x5m), kitchen has upgraded layout, 2700 ceiling height downstairs, 2400 high doors, upgraded facade, sarking, color through roof tiles(not painted), site costs included. also a fair bit extra has been upgraded $330k = $7674 per sq not included are floor coverings(tiles/carpet) and kitchen appliances and driveway that we do after completion. these added together come to about $35k.So about $365k total. already own the block, knockdown/rebuild Costs are fixed atm and we are waiting on council approval atm Site costs were a ripoff, but compared to other builders total costs it still worked out cheaper, Re: New Home Prices across Australia 18Feb 13, 2007 11:34 am Tam Hi There, Building in regional VIC. 31.98 Sq for $6879 sqm.
