I've been reading up on all your experiences, both the good and bad and am really looking forward to getting my hands dirty, the only tradesmen being used will be for electrical, plumbing and setting up the slab, the only thing I'm not looking forward to is dealing with the council as I've never had a good experience with one yet Re: Introductions Please! 233Jul 09, 2010 12:02 am Hi All, Fantastic Forum. I'm just about to commence building a new home and found this forum via google. Some great advice and look forward to being part of the forum community.. All the best. Sandra here. My husband and I are looking to buy our second property and rent out our existing renovated house. So my first question here will be about deposit bond/loan guarantees at auction! We also have a wallpaper business so happy to provide advice about all things wallpaper See you round the forums Re: Introductions Please! 238Jul 12, 2010 2:06 pm Hi Everyone, we are novocastrions moving back to the area and will be pumping everyone for ideas and reccommendations.
