responses to queries - 1/10 communication 3/10 overall - useless Thats what happens when you hire people based on looks and not expertise. I don't understand why it seems to be such a low priority with builders when that person is the main interface between the customer and the company. The sales people on the other hand were 10/10. Our CSR is lovely & friendly but her weekly update is totally useless. She tells me things that have usually happened a week ago (eg the brick layers finish on a Friday and have packed up and gone - a week later our CSR says 'the bricklayers are nearly finished'). It drives me crazy!
