Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry Re: Bathroom doors and the BCA 3May 27, 2010 8:49 am The same would not apply to a bathroom with a toilet in it unless it was a very small room - its only if the toilet is so small that it would not be able to be opened in an emergency (ie because the person collapsed on the toilet would be blocking the door from opening in) So I guess it wouldnt apply to a larger room with just a toilet either - but in practice it is usually toilets in their own small room.
