Hi All
We have recently seen our tender and amongst other undesirable site costs found an additional cost for sewer peg out.
Now having looked at the estate plans it is pretty clear where the sewer runs. I asked another builder if they would need to charge us for a sewer peg out and he laughed and said "no, why do you think that?" He then went on to explain something about a zone of influence but that went over my head (even though I was nodding like "oh yeah, i know what you're going on about, i'm not stupid!").
So, can anyone out there explain the necessity for this, or is it just another cost the builders are hitting us with?
